ABOUT YOUR HOME INTERIOR - LET’S START THE CONVERSATION
A home improvement project is a rather large commitment. It's also a little scary to invite a complete stranger into your home. We offer you an opportunity to get to know way before we show up at your door.

A 30 minute Zoom or phone conversation to discuss your upcoming home improvement project. It's a high level review of your plans, anticipated investment and timeline.
If you're just starting out and overwhelmed with the options this is a good place to start. A precursor to an in-home consultation where we start an in depth conversation.

We continue where we left off with the discovery call. It's 2hrs in your home or place of business to move your upcoming home improvement project along. We will look at the space(s) to be designed. Sentimental pieces to keep and include in the design. Review your needs, wants and desires as well as design style. Finally, review the architectural drawings (if available) and discuss your projected investment.
If you decide you would like to partner with us and continue working together, a scope of work will be developed. Contract and retainer request will follow. This will lead to the Research Design Presentation phase.
WE ARE WORKING TOGETHER! OUR 3-PHASE PROCESS
No matter their size or complexity, all our projects follow our 3-point process plan. Each phase has a series of steps we follow to successfully complete your project. They also serve as a timeline. As we complete each step, the closer we are to completion.

Depending on your scope of work, this phase can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks from the initial visit. It comprises 3 very distinct areas:
TRADE DAY: onsite visit is collect measurements, photos and to finalize the scope of work.
THE DESIGN CONCEPT: execution of drawings, sourcing of goods and services. Procuring estimates with contractors.
THE PRESENTATION: a visual display of furnishing and materials accompanied by costs. A presentation of estimates from contractors.

The construction (where applicable) and project management is where the design concept comes to life. The house begins to transforms. What you can expect during this time:
Order placement of products from Phase I. Assessment and delivery lead times
Manage the product deliveries
Final drawings and elevations provided to construction crew
Budget & progress review
Initiation of construction and renovation (where applicable)
Deficiencies identified + Deficiencies resolved
Delivery of furniture, large accessories rugs and professional window treatment installation

Although we have been in constant communication, this phase allows for a quick once over. We agree the deficiencies have been addressed and resolved - this include products.
We present the final invoices and the project binder.
OUR SERVICES
FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN
A tailored residential design service to meet your scope of work. it includes schematic designs, floorplans and key elevations where were required. Our team project manages the work from start to finish. This service is ideal for the busy individual who would rather focus on their zone of genius. Managing deliveries and trades is not their cup of tea. Extensive shopping expeditions is something they'd rather avoid.
FURNISHINGS SERVICE
Available a la carte for those who want a refreshed space without construction. Whether you need the services for one room or three, we have the skillset to help you make that a reality. We have the resources for planning and procuring the furnishings and accessories. Our process will help you turn your house into a home.
