Choose a project to explore.
Did you ever consider that once you put your house up for sale, viewings are actually interviews?
Potential buyers have seen the pictures and the description. Based on this information, they have made a decision. Either your home deserves a face-to-face interview or it is tossed aside as an unqualified candidate.
So what is the point of differentiation?
Staged homes morph into dream homes. They appeal to a wider segment of potential buyers. Contrary to popular belief, they aren’t bland and neutral rooms. Instead, they allow the buyer to project his dreams and aspirations in every room. Each room will mean different things to different buyers.
The statistics speak for themselves:
- Staged homes spend 73% less time on the market
- Staged homes sell for 8% more
How does this help you?
- More money in your pocket
- The faster you can move into your dream home
We visit the home, take “before” photos and measurements.
We determine the style of house, as well as, which rooms require staging. With this information in hand, we get to work creating a staging plan.
Our goal is to create rooms that buyers will remember long after their visit.
We provide a thorough consultation report. It outlines areas of concern, de-cluttering and organizational opportunities. You can tackle the items on the report yourself or we can assist. Once completed, staging can begin. We work with your furniture and accessories. In some instances though, we may advise that additional furniture or decorative items are required.
Our goal is to showcase your home’s best assets.
For the budget conscious homeowner, we offer a comprehensive consultation. We visit the home and discuss opportunities for improvement. This includes organizational improvements, de-cluttering and optimizing the existing floor plan.
***Our home staging packages include our no charge after-care program.
**Includes a visit on photography and open house day to ensure your property puts its best foot forward on those two most important days.
